    First need to thanks all crew production for this amazing app👏👏.
    Yesterday i was working on an animation, that i have been working for two days,
    And there was a problem forcing to finish tha app, than i open and the project was not there an6more😥... i found in the folder animation/ADfolder/burn that the single pngs are there...
    The question how can i open again???

    Hello Tom,

    Thank you for your lovely comment. For this issue, please do not delete the files and the app, and update the app version to the latest 8.8 to see if the problem can be solved. If the issue still remains, please export your file as ad.package and send it to us at appservice@kdanmobile.com for further assistance. Thank you very much!

    Hi Gina! My name is Caitlin and I have also been workin on an animation in your app. I ran into a problem, however, when I opened it this morning. I discovered that the first layer of one of my frames had disappeared, and was then replaced with the layer of a different frame. Similar problems like this have occurred with this animation in the past, so my guess is that the system is malfunctioning due to my animation being too complicated for it to handle. I really need a solution to this, because redrawing the layer would be too tricky for me. Is there a way that I can restore the original layer for the frame? Please get back to me as soon as possible.

    I also want to clarify that I already have the 8.8 update, and am using the free version of animation desk.
