How to access files on NAS with WebDAV

Note: This article will use Synology NAS as an example to showcase how to access files with WebDAV.

Before accessing files via WebDAV, you will need to enable it on your Synology NAS (Or other NAS system.)

To enable WebDAV service:

1.Log in to DSM with an account belonging to the administrators group.
2.Go to Package Center to install the WebDAV Server package.

3.After the installation is done, launch WebDAV Server, and tick the Enable HTTP checkbox.

4.Click Apply to save settings.

Access Files on NAS with WebDAV:

1. Tap "WebDav" icon in the Network page.

2. Enter "Username", "Password" and "Host." Then tap "Done."

3. You will then access files on NAS system.
