The procedure of managing your subscriptions is based on where you have purchased the subscription. Please find the instructions below for different subscription channels:

Log in your Kdan ID in Kdan Creative Store > Go to Order History under your account > Cancel the subscription

There seems to be a no way to cancel free trial here!!

I've followed every bit of the instructions and there is no place to cancel the trial. This is terribly frustrating and down right crooked!

I have contacted Microsoft who have assured me they will not be charging me for anything linked to this Kdan Account. The subscription is not through them it is through Kdan. Your services will not show that i have a 7 day free trial with you to cancel. I have checked Kdan Cloud, and it clearly states that i have an active subscription to Document 365. I have emailed all evidence to you, and have received no response. Tell me simply how to cancel the subscription because this is not okay from your services.
