I can’t upload, download, or sync my files on Kdan Cloud

Please check the Internet connection first. If the internet is working fine, but the problem remains, please contact us at appservice@kdanmobile.com and let us know your Kdan ID.

When you are using Kdan Cloud app (coming soon) without a Wi-Fi connection, please make sure you’ve allowed the app to use the mobile network. Otherwise, the app will turn into offline mode even the mobile network connection is on. Users can only access the offline files and won’t be able to upload, download, or synchronize the files in Kdan Cloud app.
