Can not access advanced tools after subscription


There are several reasons that could cause users can not access advanced tools. As a temporary solution, try the following steps to fix the issue:

  1. Check if your device is connected with the same Apple ID that you purchased the subscription.
  2. Log out your Kdan ID and re-sign in with your Kdan ID (You have to create a Kdan ID to access Kdan’s services) 
  3. Tap on the “Restore Previous Purchase” button to retrieve your previous purchases.
