Receiving a Signature Request from Email

Whenever you are given a contract to sign, you will receive a notification email. With this, you are only a couple clicks away from signing and sending that document off to be completed.

 

To receive a signature request from your email you can follow these steps:

Part 1: Web Version

  1. Find DottedSign Email for Signature request in your email inbox

  2. Click on “View & Sign”

  3. Log in DottedSign to sign the document.
  4. Sign the Designated Area(s), Confirm Signature & Complete

Part 2: Mobile Version

  1. Find DottedSign Email for Signature request

  2. Click on “View & Sign”

  3. Log in DottedSign to sign the document
  4. Sign the designated area
