Cancel trials or subscriptions:
- Log in with your Kdan ID at Kdan Creative Store
- Go to “My Orders” under your account to find your orders.
- Click “Manage” to view order details, generate an invoice, or cancel the auto-renewal subscription.

Request a refund:
You can contact us at helpdesk@kdanmobile.com. Provide us with your Kdan ID and invoice and we will review your case to see if it meets our refund policy. If it does, we will process your refund accordingly. However, we recommend canceling your subscription first to avoid any charges in the upcoming billing cycle.
If you purchase the in-app content/subscription through Apple... (upgraded within the app you downloaded from App Store)
As your subscription is made via your Apple ID, we, as developers cannot see any payment details associated with your personal data. Please follow the guidance from Apple’s official website below:
For iPad and iPhone users:

Cancel trials or subscriptions:
- Open the "Settings" app.
- Tap your name (where you can find your Apple ID information).

Tap "Subscriptions".
- Choose the subscription plan you want to cancel.

You may need to scroll down to locate the "Cancel Subscription" button. If you can't find the button or if you see a red expiration message, it indicates that the subscription has already been canceled.
For more details, please visit the Apple Support page. Once the current period ends, whether it is a free trial or a regular subscription, you will no longer be charged.

- Click on your name. If you can't find your name, click on "Sign In".
- Click on "Account Settings".
- Scroll down to "Subscriptions," then click on "Manage".
- Click on "Edit" next to the subscription.
- Then, click on "Cancel Subscription." If you don't see a "Cancel" button, it means the subscription is already canceled.

As your subscription is made via your Microsoft ID, we, as developers cannot see any payment details associated with your personal data, we, as developers, have no right to deal with the refund and the cancellation according to their policies. To manage your subscriptions or request a refund, please refer to the instructions provided below:

Cancel trials or subscriptions:
You can manage and cancel subscriptions directly through your Microsoft account.
- Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription.
- Find your subscription and select Manage.
Note: If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of a link that says Manage, this means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and you won't be automatically charged after this date. There's nothing further to do at this time and you can continue to use the product until the subscription expires.
- On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
- Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with the cancellation.

Cancel trials or subscriptions:
You can manage and cancel subscriptions with your Google account.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap on account on the top right corner of the page.
- Select "Payments & Subscriptions," then choose "Subscriptions."
- Find and select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the provided instructions to complete the cancellation.
