Quickly modify errors in PDFs
Using the text editing mode, you are able to quickly modify errors in the document.
- Open the PDF and click “Text Edit” to enter the text editing mode.
- PDF Reader will automatically detect editable areas within the PDF.

Note: You may not be able to edit documents with security permissions, scanned documents, text in images, or text encoded in languages other than English.
Change Font Size and Color
It is possible to format the text within each text block using standard font settings, including font size and color.
- Open a PDF and click “Text Edit”.
- In text editing mode, select the text you want to change the text size or color.

Picture Editing & Removing
It is also possible to change, insert, edit or remove pictures into your PDF.
- Open a PDF and click “Text Edit”.
- In text editing mode, click "Add Image", replacing or inserting the picture you want from your desktop. Or simply tap "delete" on your keyboard to remove the picture.

Convert PDF to Word
If the document was created in Microsoft Word, you can also convert the PDF to a Word document and make changes there. Once your changes are made, the DOC will be converted to PDF. Now you can edit the PDF as necessary.
- Open the PDF and click on the “Convert” button.
- Choose “DOC” or “DOCX” as the output file format.
