Transfer PDF Reader Files From One Device Onto Another One

Your new year resolutions may vary from a small change in your daily routine to a complete life makeover. Buying a new PC or smart device for yourself can be a great start in making your new year’s resolutions come true. However, migrating all the files from the old device to the new one can be challenging. This month, we’re going to talk about how to efficiently move PDF Reader files stored on one device onto another.

Sync Files to Your Cloud

  1. Zip the files you would like to transfer from within Mac’s Finder

    2. Sign in with your Kdan ID and switch to the “Management” mode

    3. Click on the “Documents” section (under LIBRARY) and drag the zip file to the file list (You will be asked to create a folder to store all imported files if the section is empty

    4. It will be uploaded to Kdan Cloud automatically

Get the New Device Ready

  1. Launch PDF Reader on your new device (using PDF Reader iPad as an example)
  2. Log into your Kdan account
  3. Go to the “Kdan Cloud” tab and find the files you uploaded
  4. Tap “Download” to sync files to the local folder

(Note: PDF Reader is now available for mobile and PC, including iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, and Windows 10)

Preview PDF and Word Documents in Browser

  2. Simply tap on the PDF or Word documents
