There are several reasons that could cause users can not access advanced tools. As a temporary solution, try the following steps to fix the issue:
- Check if your device is connected with the same Apple ID (Google account or Windows ID) that you purchased the subscription.
- Log out your Kdan ID and re-sign in with your Kdan ID from within the PDF Reader app(You have to create a Kdan ID to access Kdan’s services)
- Tap on “Restore Previous Purchase” to retrieve your previous purchases.
