Can not access advanced tools after subscription

 

There are several reasons that could cause users can not access advanced tools. As a temporary solution, try the following steps to fix the issue: 

  1. Make sure the internet connection is active and working
  2. Check if your device is connected with the same Windows ID that you purchased the subscription. 
  3. Review your purchase orders from the Windows Store to check your payment go through properly
  4. Log out your Kdan ID and re-sign in with your Kdan ID from within the PDF Reader app (You have to create a Kdan ID to access Kdan’s services) 
  5. Force stop the app and reopen it to see if your membership is restored.
