I was charged for a subscription by Apple and want a refund

 

We offer free trials on Document 365 subscription based on the subscription period you choose. If you don’t want the subscription, you should cancel it before the current/trial period ends, to make sure no extra periods will be added to it.

 

If you subscribe from within the app:

 

If you were charged by Apple after purchasing a subscription within the PDF Reader app on iPhone, iPad or Mac, and would like to request a refund, you must contact Apple directly. Due to the privacy policy, Apple does not provide us, developers, with the ability to process refunds and your payment info. Only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an Apple iTunes account.

You have to contact Apple Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/. When getting to this page, click "Billing & Subscriptions" followed by "Subscriptions & Purchases." Then follow the instructions to request a refund.

Please contact us at support@kdanmobilesupport.zendesk.com. We’ll review your case  and see if it meets our refund policy.

 

We also recommend that you cancel your subscription to prevent being charged again next cycle.
