Refunds for licenses

The instructions are made for the purchases from PDF Reader's online store. If you purchase licenses from the Mac App Store, please contact and get refunds from Apple.

For Mac app licenses, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. 

To get a refund for a license purchase, please contact our customer support at helpdesk@kdanmobile.com with:

• The Order ID from the purchase you would like to have refunded. You’ll find it at the top of your invoice
• The date of the purchase and the payment method you used to complete the purchase
• The license key we sent to you after the purchase

Depending on your payment method, refunds can take between 3-10 working days to reach your account and may charge processing costs of no more than 5% of the licensing payment.

Please note: Our refund policy is designed to help with accidental purchases, incompatibility, and unsuitability. We’ll review your case and see if it meets our refund policy. We reserve the right to reject a refund if our policy is being abused.
