I want to change the email address in my license

When you purchase a PDF Reader license key, providing an email address is required. That email address is linked with the license key.

If you would like to change the email address linked to your license key, please contact us at helpdesk@kdanmobile.com and provide the following info:

• The email address you used to place the order (it will be used to link to the license key)
• The new email address you would like to use
• The license key of PDF Reader
• The date of purchase or an approximate date
• The Order ID from your original purchase of PDF Reader. You’ll find the ID from the invoice
