A: Please confirm if there are extra spaces, characters or punctuation in the code you inputted. The discount code is also case-sensitive, so make sure capitalization is correct. Double check the expiration date of the discount code as well.
Q: How many times can a redemption code/discount code be used?
A: Some codes can only be used once, some have a limit, and some are restricted to specific recipients. Make sure to take a look at the usage rules to find out how many times you can use it.
Q: What should I do if I still can't use the advanced functions of the app or web service after completing the payment?
A: Please try logging out of your Kdan account in the app or webpage, and log in again. Check your network connection. In some cases, if the Apple, Google, or Microsoft accounts you use to log into the device are different from the accounts used at the time of purchase, it will be invalid. Please try another login account.
